The Terms of Reference (TOR) for this Request for Proposals (RFP) cover the design, supply,
shipment, and support for the installation and commissioning of a municipal water filtration system. The
intended Proponent for this RFP is an experienced manufacturer of water filtration equipment with a
proven track record in supplying process systems for municipal potable water treatment. Within the TOR,
