Fire Station 2 Construction Manager at Risk

Scio Township is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management services in support of the proposed Fire Station Number 2 to be constructed in the Township at 900 S Wagner.

Proposals will be received until 3:00pm on February 26, 2025

Email subject must contain “Scio Fire Station Architectural Services” Proposals shall be submitted in two separate PDF files:

PDF 1 – Qualifications and work plan package; filename shall be “_Quals.pdf”

PDF 2 – Completed and signed proposal form; filename shall be “_Proposal.pdf”
