After careful consideration it has been determined that cancellation of solicitation,33330225RF0010044 for the Preventative and Remedial Maintenance Services for Chillers is necessary and in the best interest of the Smithsonian Institution. The reason for this cancellation is due to lack of bids that adequately address the Chiller Preventative Maintenance requirements, response procedures, or demonstrate a clear understating of the Scope of Work.
We appreciate the time, effort, and resources you invested in preparing your response to this RFP. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The revised RFP will be posted at a later date.
