The project involves the renovation of an approximately 10,000-square-foot police warehouse facility. The scope of work includes a complete roof replacement, installation of new electrical system, replacement of all windows, installation of new electrical heaters, construction of a new ADA-compliant restroom, and other interior alterations. The building will remain partially occupied during construction. There are two (2) deduct alternates for the project scope; interior paint and sealing of the existing concrete floor slab.
