The Clarksville School District – Whitson Morgan Stadium Addition project consists of multiple new construction buildings on the northern end of Whitson Morgan Stadium, including Ticketing, Concessions, Restrooms, and Field Houses for Soccer, Junior High, and Senior High. The project has the following trade packages for public bidding:

• Trade Package 4 – Millwork
• Trade Package 5 – Waterproofing and Joint Sealants
• Trade Package 6 – Roofing, Flashing, and Sheet Metal
• Trade Package 7 – Overhead Coiling Doors
• Trade Package 8 – Storefront, Glass, and Glazing
• Trade Package 9 – Doors, Frames, and Hardware
• Trade Package 10 – Acoustical
• Trade Package 11 – Painting
• Trade Package 12 – Specialties
• Trade Package 13 – Food Service Equipment
• Trade Package 14 – Plumbing
• Trade Package 15 – Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
• Trade Package 16 – Electrical, Communication, and Electronic Safety
• Trade Package 17 – Earthwork and Storm Drainage
• Trade Package 18 – Fencing
• Trade Package 19 – Site Concrete
• Trade Package 20 – Site Utilities
All bids for the above mentioned trade packages shall be read aloud on February 27th, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Bids must be submitted in person/dropped off at Clarksville Junior High at 1703 West Clark Road, Clarksville, AR 72830. After 2:00 PM, bids will be read aloud at the same location.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on February 11th, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Project site address is 1703 West Clark Road, Clarksville, AR 72830. Pre-bid conference is not mandatory but is highly encouraged.
All future pre-bid project correspondence (addendums, CM Clarifications, etc...) will be through the BuildingConnected project site. Please confirm bidding status to assure you are receiving all bidding documents.
