RELOCATIONS, ROYAL WATER PUBLIC FACILITIES BOARD
HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS
Sealed Bids for the construction of Highway 270 Water Line Relocations project will be opened by the Royal Water Public Facilities Board at 295 Section Line Road, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71913 until 1:00 PM, March 6, 2025 at which time the Bids will be publicly read. Bids will be received by Mr. Ray Owen, Jr., at the address stated below for the Royal Water Public Facilities Board. The Project generally consists of the construction of approximately 8,140 linear feet of 2-inch, 6-inch and 12-inch water line relocations related to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) Project No. 061737 together with incidental and ancillary work.
The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, General Conditions, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda may be examined at the following locations:

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Crist Engineers, Inc. online at www.cristengineers.com at a purchase price of $25.00 for each set. NO REFUNDS of payment will be made, and no partial sets will be issued.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders appearing in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders must be licensed contractors qualified for business in the State of Arkansas before submitting a bid on this work.
