The general work description of the project can be generally described as: Repair, resurface concrete roof, add additional roof drains (scuppers), Replace Repelling Anchors, repair /replace damaged CMU, add fully grouted jambs at openings, scrape and repaint all exterior walls, clean all floors, clean ALL interior 3â x 1â molded drain gutters at exterior walls (Both Floors)A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the conference room of Building T229 which located on 9th St, between Rives St and Bakers Row St on Ft.
