INVITATION TO BID
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SMITH-SEARCY HOUSE
PHASE I – ROOF SYSTEM
REPLACEMENT, SHILOH MUSEUM OF OZARK HISTORY, 118 WEST JOHNSON AVENUE
SPRINGDALE, ARKANSAS
Bid Opening Date: 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2025 at the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, 118 West Johnson Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: 11:30 a.m., Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the project site located at 118 West Johnson Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas.
Bid Documents are available at the office of the Architect: Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc., 507 Main Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114; 501-375-3380. Prime Contractors may receive up to one (1) copy of pdf of the bid documents. Bid Security in the amount of 5% percent of the Base Proposal must accompany each proposal as described in the “Instructions to Bidders.” Neither the Owner nor Architect assumes responsibility for errors in bidding or misinterpretations of Bid Documents resulting from use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. The documents obtained through the Architect are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur. The use of incomplete or inaccurate Bid Documents does not relieve the bidder of the obligation to perform all work related to his bid as detailed in a complete set of Bid Documents.
All bids must be received at Shiloh Museum of Ozark History at 118 West Johnson Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas, no later than 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2025, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked.
