Neoserra Annual Cloud Subscription

The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Employment & Economic Development intends to renew existing agreement with Integra OUTREACH SYSTEMS.COM. The annual renewal provides Annual Database Storage Fee (50 gig). Renewal of an annual subscription of the web-based client information management system, Neoserra, for the Small Business Development Center state office and nine regional centers.

Because Neoserra has been used uninterrupted for the past two years, and meets the specialized qualifications of interfacing and transmitting client data on a confidential and secured basis each quarter with the EDMIS (Entrepreneurial Development Management Information System) database used by the Federal Grant Agency (US Small Business Administration), this vendor will remain the single source provider which allows historical data to be maintained and analyzed.
