    The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), a Division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS), intends to renew the annual agreement with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for their Federal Fingerprint-based background check services. The FBI is the only agency that can provide criminal history checks which are statutorily required.
