AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT

A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled on January 13, 2025.  The location for this meeting is Town Hall, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, N.Y.  @ 11:00 am.  Main meeting room. Attendance is strongly suggested but not mandatory.

Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, Town Hall 159 Pantigo Road East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
