INVITATION FOR BID
This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the College park Drainage Improvements Phase II Construction Project. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, skill, equipment, materials and products as indicated in the plans and specifications for the installation of storm pipe and structures to include a 6'x4' box culvert and concrete ditch paving as indicated in the construction plans and specifications attached herein. The work will contain, but is not limited to, traffic control to include lane closures, clearing and grubbing, borrow, grading, dewatering, backfilling , grassing, storm drain and box culvert installation, water and sewer relocations, base/paving, and erosion control. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Special Provisions and the Construction Drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications.

Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until

. At 2:00 PM the bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the 2nd floor of the Harold Pate Building located at 1725 Reynolds Street and will be publicly read. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's YouTube Channel.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received.

Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
