S ummary: The City of Florissant is soliciting bids for the following Microsoft software for 1 year (12 months) of service with an an option to renew for an additional (2) 1 year terms:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Exchange Online Plan 1
- Defender Plan 1
- M365 Apps for Enterprise
- Entra ID P1
- Entra ID P2
AND
- End user training videos
- Best practice documents
- Technical Support for all supplied software products for the entirety of the software term
- Annual Office 365 health check-ups and security check-ups
- Support for compliance/retention features including ongoing training to staff that need to conduct compliance retention searches
