Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Parks and Natural Resources Division conference room, located at 4177 Ben Durrance Rd, Bartow, FL 33830. A mandatory site visit will immediately follow at Lake Lulu South Shore located on Hoover Road on the east side of the intersection of Hoover Road and the Lake Lulu discharge canal. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting and site visit, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s submittal will be considered non-responsive.
