2027 City of Pawtucket Calendar

The attention of bidders submitting proposals for the above-referenced project is called

to the following Addendum to the Request for Proposals indicated above. The items set

forth herein, whether of omission, addition, substitution or other change, are all to be

included in, and form a part of the proposed Contract Documents for the work.

Inclusion of this Addendum must be acknowledged in the spaces provided in the

document entitled “26-034, 2027 City of Pawtucket Calendar”. Failure to acknowledge

any and all addenda in the above specified bid form may be cause for rejection of the

bids by the Owner on the grounds that it is not responsive.

This addendum consists of two (2) pages.

Item 1: Questions and Answers:

Q1: What paper stock is requested for the cover and text?

A1: As indicated in the RFP, the Cover should be made with #80 Cover with gloss finish.

The Text should be made with #70 Text with gloss finish.

Q2: When will files be sent to the contractor after the issuance of award?

A2: The City expects to issue the award as early as August 27, 2026 and start to

collaborate with the contractor immediately upon issuance. All files will be finalized by

November 20, 2026.

Q3: If there was a similar bid last year, could we see those bid tabs?

The award for RFP 23-042 (2024 City of Pawtucket Calendar) can be viewed by following

the link provided below. It was for 8,500 copies of calendar.
