This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is for services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.Â

SCHEDULE:Â
The SDVAMC is seeking a hardware and software solution to improve mailing and reproduction operations, streamline and improve outgoing mail, letters, and communications to patient veterans. The reduction and cost recovery of any returned mail and patient communications originating from the VA San Diego Healthcare System.
