Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR EVALUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, November 12, 2024

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional services to evaluate the County’s Human Resources policies and procedures related to employee harassment.
