prequalification to build a 20,000-square-foot, cast-in-place concrete skatepark as part of Wolfe
Park’s renovation. Firms determined to be qualified through this process will be included in the bid
package for General Contractor services anticipated for public release in April 2026. The selected
General Contractor will be required to subcontract with one of the prequalified skatepark builders
for the skatepark construction portion of the project.
Wolfe Park’s renovation will include significant asphalt and sidewalk improvements, drainage and
stormwater upgrades, demolition of existing failing infrastructure, and park-wide site enhancements.
The skatepark construction will occur within the broader General Contract but will require specialty
expertise.
