Cloud Software Subscription – Formagrid Inc., (dba Airtable)

The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services partnering with the Dept. of Health (MDH) intends to renew existing agreement with Formagrid, Inc., (Airtable). The annual renewal provides a cloud software subscription related to MDH’s Airtable Enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) cloud-hosting services. This contract is for a 12 month term.

Airtable Enterprise is an online, cloud-based platform used to collect and share relational databases with other users within DHS Public Health Labs. Because Formagrid Inc., (dba Airtable) retains exclusive ownership, copy right and trademark of their proprietary product and is solely responsible for providing the required subscription, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through third party entities.
