The project consists of replacement of aging and undersized water mains on Fillmore Street, Pierce Street, Buchanan Street, and several side streets. In addition sewer repairs and lining and stormwater inlet repairs, replacements, and storm drain installation will be as needed on the blocks where water mains are being replaced. Following utility construction, the streets will receive mill and overlay.
