The City of Hopewell, Virginia (âthe Cityâ), is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide landscape installation services along the E. Randolph Road corridor.This project is funded by a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and is managed by the Crater Planning District Commission (Crater PDC).The selected contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to acquire, install, and establish nursery stock in accordance with the specifications herein.
