AST AND LRC PARTIAL ROOF RECOVERY - CT STATE MANCHESTER
The scope of this project will be to recover the high roof at the Manchester’s Learning Resource Center (LRC) (roof 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10) as well as the Arts, Sciences and Technology Center (AST) roof 1. Total area to be recovered in this scope is roughly 30,330 SF. Areas where insulation has become wet will be ripped to deck and rebuilt. The skylight on LRC roof 6 shall be replaced. This is included as Bid Alternate No. 1.
