Description of Agreement: The Contractor shall furnish services of transporting Government freight by most expeditious mode of transportation via
air service, truck or combination of air service and truck whichever is faster as set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) the Price List, in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of this agreement and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and commercial practices.

Update on 7 Jan 2025: The purpose of this update is to notify interested vendors of a delay in Government responses to Questions and Answers. Interested vendors may elect to withhold submission of an offer until the Government submits responses to questions in accordance with the Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 located in Page 27 of the SF1449 solicitation document regardless of stated due dates.
