The Government is contemplated to award mutiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) under this solicitation.



Description of Agreement: The Contractor shall furnish services of transporting Government freight by most expeditious mode of transportation via

air service, truck or combination of air service and truck whichever is faster as set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) the Price List, in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of this agreement and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and commercial practices.



9 Dec 2024: The RFQ documents have been uploaded after finalization.



Update on 7 Jan 2025: The purpose of this update is to notify interested vendors of a delay in Government responses to Questions and Answers. Interested vendors may elect to withhold submission of an offer until the Government submits responses to questions in accordance with the Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 located in Page 27 of the SF1449 solicitation document regardless of stated due dates.





Update on 17 Jan 2025. Updated Questions and Answers have been uploaded. Related to the response to Question #35, the excel sheet for the Price Lits is replaced to show the appropriate format to input yen.



Update on 27 Jan 2025. Updated Questions and Answers have been uploaded. #40 for questions regarding invoicing process was added. Pending questions #26 and #28 have been answered.



Updated on 14 Feb 2025. Updated Questions and Answers have been uploaded #34 was answered, and new Q&A #41 thru #45 have been added along with photos.



Updated on 18 Feb 2025. Amendmet with PWS update has been uploaded. Page 20 wa supdated to add one more freight loading address at Yokota Air Base.
