RFP - provider of Janitorial Services

The City of Hartselle is seeking bids for a provider of Janitorial Services for City Hall, Library, Police Department and the Public Safety Building. Please go to our website www.hartselle.org for official bid notice and to read the “Specifications for Contract JanitorialServices”. Individual sealed bids must be submitted by Wednesday, July 8th at 2:00 p.m. CST at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.

The contractor is strongly encouraged to physically inspect all buildings before submitting bid. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Successful bidder MUST carry workers compensation insurance and each employee of contractor must pass a background check to work on City property. No exceptions!!
