The Town of Canterbury is accepting sealed bids to replace the Town Hall asphalt roof. The building is located at 1 Municipal Drive, Canterbury, Connecticut, 06331. The Town is seeking a firm with the experience and expertise to provide professional, timely and cost-effective services for the project which will take place in the spring of 2025 in coordination with the Canterbury Public Library addition. A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Town of Canterbury Municipal Building. All proposals/bids must be received by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
