(UNICOR Office Furniture)
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for a UNICOR Office Furniture, Installation, and Interior Design for FLCN building U-132. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers the performance requirements for NAVSUP FLC Norfolk.
The requirement will be solicited on 18 September 2025. The supplies that will be procured consists of the following: All furniture being procured is expected to be standardized and compatible in all aspects with the already existing furniture. This allows for interchangeability in the event of personnel changes, office moves, or replacements. Additionally, this standardization of furniture is in the best interest of the government and with save cost if furniture needs to be moved or replaced. This requirement will be awarded on a sole sourced basis to UNICOR. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
