WEST MEMPHIS UTILITY COMMISSION, 604 EAST COOPER, WEST MEMPHIS, AR 72301 will accept sealed BIDS for: Well #2 Christensen Water Pump Repair and Installation. All bidder requirements must be met as outlined in bid specification packet.
Bids that are sealed and dated will be received at the West Memphis Utility Commission office, 604 E. Cooper, West Memphis, AR 72301, until 3:00 p.m. on June 25, 2026 and will at that time be opened and read aloud. All bidder requirements must be met as outlined in bid specification packet.

The West Memphis Utilities reserves the right to waive irregularities; to reject bids in its sole discretion for any reason; to postpone the award of the contract for a period that shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
