PUBLIC NOTICE
The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) has issued Addendum No. 5 to IFB No. 2025-12, Fortified Roofing Services and Installation for Madison Heights I and II.
Addendum No. 5 . contains revisions and additional information related to the solicitation and shall be considered part of the bid documents. All bidders are responsible for obtaining and reviewing the addendum prior to submitting a bid. This information will be available beginning July 17, 2026, on the LRHA website at www.lrhousing.org .
Sealed bids revised due date is June 30, 2026, in accordance with the instructions contained in the IFB.
Interested firms are strongly encouraged to obtain and review the complete IFB package. Certain information, forms, certifications, and proposal requirements necessary for a responsive submission are contained exclusively within the IFB documents and must be completed and submitted as part of the proposal.
