Medical Equipment Preventative Maintenance

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a One (1) year contract to procure Medical Equipment Preventative Maintenance for the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Boulevard, Queens Village, NY 11427. Details are specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Scope of Work via New York State Contract Reporter.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 17th, 2025 at 2:00P.M.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Request for Quote (RFQ), Listed as: Issuing Office of the RFQ by Thursday, July 24th, 2025 by 3:00P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, July 31st, 2025.

Quote Submission Due Date is Thursday, August 7th, 2025 by 3:00P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026.
