NSPIRE and NSPIRE-V Inspection Services for residential properties located throughout LRHA’s service area

The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide NSPIRE and NSPIRE-V Inspection Services for residential properties located throughout LRHA’s service area. The properties covered under this solicitation include units owned and/or managed by private landlords, investors, LRHA, and affiliated entities participating in housing assistance programs.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) package, which contains the complete scope of services, qualification requirements, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, contract terms, required certifications, forms, and other mandatory proposal requirements, will be available beginning July 17, 2026, on the LRHA website at www.lrhousing.org .
Interested firms are strongly encouraged to obtain and review the complete RFP package. Certain information, forms, certifications, and proposal requirements necessary for a responsive submission are contained exclusively within the RFP documents and must be completed and submitted as part of the proposal.
Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and deadlines contained in the RFP package. LRHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award a contract in the best interest of the Agency.
