Livingston County Mobility Management Services

The focus of this RFP is to select an organization to provide mobility management services, which includes coordinating transportation resources, improving efficiency with respect to trip planning, booking and payments, and working to expand access to transportation to more individuals in Livingston County. The Mobility Manager will be responsible for providing the necessary documentation to Livingston County human service agency staff to help them with trip payments and receiving state and federal reimbursements as appropriate (estimated average of 192 trips planned per month). This service shall include coordination between multiple providers, agencies, and user groups with a strong focus on shared services.
Respondents must offer a proposal that meets the requested scope of services and description of general work activities, details qualifications of the organization, and provides a price proposal as identified in this RFP.
