Construction of LAKE CHERRYWOOD SPILLWAY

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Sherwood is accepting sealed bids for construction of LAKE CHERRYWOOD SPILLWAY until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the City of Sherwood City Clerk Office, 2199 E Kiehl Ave, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of the demolition of the existing concrete spillway to construct a seawall and new concrete weir structure.
The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed above.
Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder’s financial responsibility, equipment, and past performance on similar projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
