Solicitation Document Description: This RFT is an invitation by the City:
For for Electrical Upgrade Project at Commissioners Transfer Station to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project").
Applicable Trade Agreement: Chapter 19 of Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
Chapter 5 of Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Chapter 9 Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Ontario and Quebec (OQTCA)
Pre-Bid Meeting: Optional Site Meeting
Suppliers are STRONGLY encouraged to attend an optional site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The optional site meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. local time on February 3, 2026 at 400 Commissioners Street, Toronto.

Suppliers, shall advise the Procurement Contact via the message board in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meetings, with the following information:

1.Name(s) of attendees
2.Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the optional pre bid Meeting.

Site meetings will not be available at any other times.
Attendees should bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, high visibility vests, safety boots and long pants.
Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the optional site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered.
