ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of West Memphis invites interested partes to submit sealed bids for South McAuley Drive Culvert Replacement. Bids will be received at City Hall, 205 S Redding, West Memphis AR. 72301 until 2:00 PM on Monday, July 13, 2026, at which time, the bids will be opened and read aloud. The bid opening is open to the public.
The work consists generally of the replacement of a failing 48” metal pipe with a new 48” reinforced concrete pipe, including placement of pipe and backfill of an open trench area where a section of the failed pipe has been removed.
All Bidders must be licensed contractors to perform the type of work specified in the bid as required by the State of Arkansas.
Electronic copies of the bid package may be requested by contacting either Michael Rogers at mrogers@fisherarnold.com or Fielding Ables at fables@fisherarnold.com or calling either at (901) 748-1811.
The West Memphis Utilities reserves the right to waive irregularities; to reject bids in its sole discretion for any reason; to postpone the award of the contract for a period that shall not exceed beyond 60 days from the bid opening date.
