The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide Secure Code Warrior Licenses to DIR on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) as part of the STS IT Commodities program.
These specifications are being advertised under Gov’t Code Section 2155.067 . Only responses to solicitations for items conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining an Award. Conforming exactly to these specifications includes bidding only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified in this solicitation.
Th is IFB requires a Subcontracting Plan for bids of $100,000 or more . Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed Subcontracting Plan or it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.
