The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial contract with Advanced Cooling Technologies, 1046 New Holland Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601for the acquisition of seven (7) each Type 20 Table, Wing and Base Heat Pipe Assembly and four (4) each MK 1 Table, Wing and Base Heat Pipe Assembly.
The technical requirements for this procurement are specified for the Type 20 and associated Drawing Numbers 80151036 – 80151041, 80151044, 80151045 and 80151051 attached to this announcement.
The technical requirements for this procurement are specified for the MK 1 and associated Drawing Numbers 80080407, 80080408, 80080410, 80080411, 80080417, 80080418, 80080425, 80080427, 80080462 and 80080464 attached to this announcement.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 14 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q0005 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
Written responses to this notice shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below no later than 14 days from this notice date.
