The Town of Smithfield will receive bids for the construction of a parks maintenance garage and office building in the location of the Joseph W. Luter, Jr. Sports Complex. Site work consist of extending watr and sewer laterals to the building, stormwater conveyance and installation of 2 dry detention ponds, a fenced in parks maintenance yard, concrete sidewalks, parking lot, and material storage containers, and associated landscape and lighting improvements. The brick and mortar on the exterior of the structure shall be in substantial conformance with the existing baseball and football concession buildings.
