Synopsis:
|
|
Purpose of this RFP is for Regina Catholic School Division ("RCSD") to invite qualified Construction Managers ("Proponents") to submit proposals to provide Construction Management Services ("Deliverables") for a four-classroom, two-story addition at Michael A. Riffel Catholic High School located at 5757 Rochdale Boulevard, Regina, Saskatchewan. The successful Proponent will enter into a CCDC 5B-2010 Construction Management Contract for Services and Construction, amended by RCSD Supplementary Conditions.
RCSD is seeking a construction management team with strong experience in educational facility projects, particularly those involving additions or renovations to occupied school sites. Proponents should demonstrate a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and with high standards of quality and stakeholder communication.
