The DEPARTMENT is implementing the National Electric Vehicle
Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program to support the development of a reliable, federally compliant fast-charging network along Nevada’s designated Alternative Fuel Corridors. Delivery of the NEVI program requires coordinated management across multiple corridors, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements, including federal funding compliance, Right-of-Way and site control considerations, utility coordination, and long-term operations and maintenance planning. To support successful implementation, the DEPARTMENT is seeking a Proposer who will provide program-level oversight, risk management, and coordination across all phases of NEVI deployment. |

charging network in a way that improves accessibility for drivers, supports tourism and economic activity, and advances the state’s clean transportation and sustainability objectives. |
