Grant Management Solution

Mohave County is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather input regarding what methods and technologies can be utilized to assist various County Departments with identifying, applying, and managing grants, with an interest in private grant funds. The software solution would streamline County Departments grant processes.

The RFI is to gather information to assist the County in developing (at the County’s sole discretion) separate, subsequent requests for proposals (“RFP”) and/or competitive bids for the procurement of a grant management software that would identify, assist with the application process, and manage the grants throughout its lifecycle. Respondents should provide information on products and services that could fully satisfy the County’s needs. The County reserves the right to consider one or more types of products and/or services from multiple respondents to develop RFPs and/or bids that would achieve the County’s objectives. The County envisions that the RFP and/or bid processes could result in a contract to procure a grant management solution.
