Project Description: The City of Bowling Green is soliciting proposals from general contractors for the interior renovations of the new City of Bowling Green Police East Precinct, located at 940 Bryant Way, Bowling Green, KY. The project includes, but is not limited to, demo of existing finishes and two restrooms, new office and restroom construction with some plumbing work, new lighting fixtures, interior painting, flooring and all other associated items needed in order to perform an interior renovation. The approximate square footage is 12,000 square feet.
