Renovation of the existing restrooms on all three floors of Mike Hughes Hall (VCU Brandcenter), including selective demolition work as required. On levels 1 and 2, the traditional menâs/womenâs restroom layouts will largely remain intact, whereas on the basement level, the traditional menâs womenâs restroom layouts will be fully reconfigured in order to accommodate all-gender restrooms. The scope of work on all three floors is contained within the existing restroom footprint, and life safety implications are unchanged, with construction anticipated to begin in May, 2026 and substantial completion on 10/26/2026.
