Hays County, Texas (“County”) is issuing this REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) to develop a Professional Services Pool for engineering & design services; construction, engineering, inspection, and testing (CE&I); Surveying; and Utility Coordination on an as-needed basis. As individual projects requiring any of the above services are developed, Hays County Department Directors or Elected Officials, or the Commissioners Court, will choose from this pool of pre-qualified firms.
