The Project consists of the renovation of 10 existing basketball courts and 2 existing tennis courts at 11 parks. Scope includes but is not limited to replacement or repair of asphalt pavement, resurfacing and striping, site furnishings, and other miscellaneous improvements as shown on the plans.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk Through:

A mandatory bidders’ conference will be held on Thursday July 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Hayward Area Parks and Recreation District, 1099 E Street, Hayward, CA 94541. It is recommended that bidders visit all project sites in advance of the meeting. The purpose is to acquaint all prospective contractors with the bid documents and the work sites. The meeting is expected to take approximately one hour.
