Q1: Does the County plan to hold a pre-solicitation meeting (whether mandatory or
optional)?
A1: RFQ 2026-13 will not hold a pre-solicitation meeting per the schedule of events
referenced above and within “RFQ 2026-13 Intent and General Information” posted on
mywakulla.com.
Q2: 2. The solicitation mentions that the project is made possible through a federal grant,
and I have read through Exhibit C, but is there an executed copy of the grant agreement with
all supporting agreement documents that can be shared, please?
