Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to:
Temporary protection of existing areas surrounding the building, Removal and disposal of existing asbestos containing materials, Removal and disposal of other hazardous materials, New low slope roof system, roof drains and gutters, new wall openings for ductwork, doors, and louvers, masonry cleaning, masonry replacement
