Solicitation Summary
The SBE is issuing this RFP to procure Data Center (DC) hosting services, including hardware, for several election systems, network administration, DC migration/relocation services, and a managed services provider for the data centers. The primary DC is also referred to as the Voter Registration Operations Center (VROC) and the secondary DC is referred to as the Disaster Recovery (DR) or the Continuity of Operations (COOP) DC throughout this document.
