Questions can be submitted in writing only to Dorothy Kinney-Landis at info@franklincountynrcd.org, and can be received up until the submission deadlines. Questions received from consultants will not be shared with other consultants through a formal Question and Answer process. Submission deadline will be 8/22/2025 at 5 pm. Submissions can be submitted to Dorothy Kinney-Landis electronically at info@franklincountynrcd.org; mailed or hard copies of submissions will not be reviewed.
