Description
Georgia DOT is seeking to contract with a Design-Builder to provide design and construction services necessary to remove and replace the existing bridge along SR 42 over the Norfolk Southern railroad, including a shared-use path, between Bethlehem Road and Harris Drive. (the "Project"). This Project will be awarded to a Design-Builder utilizing a Two-Phase Low Bid method. A Design-Builder includes a Lead Contractor and a Lead Design Consultant working together to design and construct the project. See the RFQ for additional details.
