RFQ No. 25-01 Professional Engineering Services for Design and Construction of a Drinking Water System Upgrade Project
Description:
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No 25-01 has been reissued by the Water/Sewer Advisory Committee and the Town of Rensselaerville for Engineering Services. In the fall of 2024, the Town of Rensselaerville was awarded a Base Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) grant award ($1,786,250) and interest-free financing ($765,536) from the New York State
Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) for DWSRF Project No. 19814. This funding award
remains in effect through September 30, 2026, when a Project Finance Agreement (PFA) for DWSRF financing must be executed with EFC. This Request for Qualifications is due Wednesday, September 3, 2025 and seeks an engineer to assist with the execution of the PFA, well siting, final design, environmental review, and construction of the DWSRF project.
The Water District and Town of Rensselaerville will accept Statements of Qualifications, due by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
